Alberto Spoto

Alberto comes from a background of expertise in civil and trade law. He specializes in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters and particularly in trademarks, patents and copyright.

Alberto graduated in law from the University of Palermo in 2005, with his dissertation on “Protection of databases”, and, in 2011, he attended the Masters of Laws in Intellectual Property offered by World Intellectual Property Organization and the University of Turin. He was admitted to the (Palermo) Bar in 2009.
