Fernando Ortega

He holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, 2003, and a degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICADE), 2004. Fernando is a member of the Madrid Bar Association as an Associate in 2015. He has extensive experience in intellectual property and unfair competition, both in civil and criminal litigation. Fernando started his professional career in 2003 and joined Abril Abogados in 2009. Among various responsibilities, he deals with matters related to anti-piracy and customs interventions. He is a regular contributor to publications related to Intellectual Property. Fernando has been recognized as an outstanding lawyer in publications such as IAM Patents, World Trademark Review and IP Stars.
