Salvador Diaz

He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Valencia in 1990 and is member of the Bar Association of Valencia. Salvador began his professional activity in the Intellectual Property in 1996 and since then he has been trained in different law firms in this field. In June 2001 he started his career in Abril Abogados and was appointed partner in 2012, being responsible for the Valencian Community and Balearic Islands since then. Salvador has been highlighted as "Highly Recommended" in the 2019 Ranking Leaders League in the Trade Marks & copyright and Litigation Law Firms sections; and in 2021 in the Trade Mark prosecution; Trade Mark litigation and Patent prosecution sections. Also in 2021, named as Recommended Lawyer in the prestigious THE LEGAL 500 EMEA.
