The “RIVISTA di viticoltura e di enologia” (Journal of viticulture and oenology), edited by the Union of Former Students of the School of Viticulture and Oenology of Conegliano, has published an analysis by our associate Stefano Vergano of the challenges and opportunities related to data protection in the wine sector, taking into account the growing influence of artificial intelligence.
The article explores the legal, ethical and technological implications of this, and highlights how companies in the sector can effectively manage and protect sensitive information in an increasingly digitalised and automated environment.
