We are delighted to announce that our counsel, Chiara De Cesero, has co-authored the 2026 edition of the “Guide to Exporting Italian Wine Worldwide.”
Curated by Roberto Luzi Crivellini and presented at Vinitaly 2026 under the patronage of Vinitaly, Veronafiere and Legalmondo, the Guide brings together practical contributions from 37 professionals, experts in various areas of interest to companies exporting their wines abroad.
Chiara contributed to the Guide by drafting the chapter entitled “The Protection of Intellectual Property in the Wine Sector”, which examines measures to protect the “intangible” assets of companies operating internationally in the wine sector. These measures are intended both as a preventive measure and to counteract infringements of intellectual property rights by third parties and/or commercial partners.
