We are pleased to announce that Paola Gelato (Expert for Italy) and Jean-Mathieu Bertho (Expert for France), who are both members of the UNIFAB Experts Committee, will be participating in the annual European Intellectual Property Forum (FEPI). The event, organised by UNIFAB, will take place in Paris on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 March.
Our partners will contribute their expertise to two key sessions on Friday, March 27:
9:15 AM – 10:30 AM | Paola Gelato will speak at the roundtable discussion: “Difficulty of proof: between violation of professional secrecy and business secret, what new challenges for practitioners”.
11:15 AM – 12:30 PM | Jean-Mathieu Bertho will preside over and moderate the panel discussion: “Review of emerging issues linked to IP.”
