WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization): "The Legal Status of Video Games: Comparative Analysis in National Approaches"
The firm has collaborated to a Comparative Study of the legal protection of Video games for the Italian jurisdiction commissioned by WIPO. This is aimed at raising awareness about the necessity for further clarity and harmonization on the legal status of video games. You can find more information here:
