Hands off that domain name! Avast obtains injunction and recovers “avast.it” in record time
In one of the first cases decided under the amended text of Section 133 of the Italian Industrial Property Code, the Czech antivirus company Avast recovers its domain name avast.it through an interlocutory order, before the (presumably long) court case on the substance of the matter is decided.
