Our partner Luca Ghedina will attend the GRUR (The German Association for Intellectual Property Law Meeting) Annual Meeting, which shall take place in Berlin, Germany, from October 15 to 17, 2025.
The Annual Meeting will focus on key topics in intellectual property law, including patent, copyright and design law, recent BGH case law, international developments in patent enforcement, FRAND licensing for SEPs, and rights on data in the context of AI.
The event will include networking opportunities and special sessions to foster exchange among legal professionals, industry representatives, and academics.
