Our senior associate Arda Paragamyan will be speaking at the webinar “Conflicts between trade marks and other rights”, which will take place today, 11 June 2026, at 2.30 pm.
The event aims to illustrate and explore the various issues that may arise regarding the registration and protection of a trade mark in relation to pre-existing rights. In this context, Arda will deliver a speech entitled “De facto trade marks, case law guidelines”.
The webinar is reserved exclusively for members of the Collegio Italiano dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale, also known as FICPI Italy, the Italian national association of FICPI, an international organisation with members in over 80 countries.
The Collegio and FICPI represent patent and trade mark consultants practising as independent professionals, supporting them both in their day-to-day practice and in relation to legislative developments in the field at a global level.
