Our counsel, Angela Saltarelli, will participate as a speaker at the workshop “Art and Culture: Future Innovations Between AI and Blockchain” which is taking place in Rome on Monday 30 March from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
This initiative, funded under the European NextGenerationEU program, is organised by Forma Camera, a special agency of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, as part of the R.O.M.E. Project. The course aims to explore the use of NFTs in the cultural sector to enhance artistic projects. It will examine how crypto art works, the functioning of relevant platforms and the balance between costs and opportunities. The programme will also focus on new revenue models and audience engagement strategies through digital identification.
Angela will deliver a presentation titled "Legal Aspects: Copyright, Blockchain, NFTs and AI”, primarily focused on analyzing the interplay between copyright law and the adoption of emerging technologies in the cultural and artistic fields.
