Agathe is an Associate in the Paris office, specializing in in resolving both judicial and extrajudicial disputes, with a particular focus on intellectual and industrial property.
Her expertise covers the protection of trademarks, domain names, designs and the repression of unfair competition and free riding. She also advises clients on commercial contracts, escpially in the luxury sector.
Professional Experience
Agathe joined Jacobacci Avvocati in September 2025 as an Associate in the Paris Office following a prior internship with the firm in 2021.She completed several internships as a trainee lawyer in intellectual property and business law, gaining experience in trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain names, business litigation, as well as consumer and commercial law.
Agathe also acquired solid in-house experience in a couture house, where she held the position of Legal Counsel. In this role, she managed all aspects of the company’s legal affairs, with a particular focus on contracts, labour law, intellectual property strategy and GDPR compliance. She contributed to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures, notably supporting the company’s international expansion.
Education and Teaching
Agathe holds a Double master’s degree in economics and competition law, graduating with honours in 2021 from Toulouse School of Economics and University Toulouse I Capitole.During her studies, she actively participated in a European law association, promoting European legal issues through educational initiatives, including simulated European Parliament sessions.
In 2024, she passed the French CRFPA examination and joined the Paris Bar Training School, completing her training in October 2025.
