Carola Boschetto is an associate based in the Turin office. She specializes in Intellectual Property, working primarily with the protection, both in and out of court, of trademarks, design, patents and copyright, as well as issues relating to unfair competition. She works in many different sectors, from fashion to luxury goods, jewellery and accessories; from new technologies and start-ups to the pharmaceutical, food and wine industries. Carola also deals with international contracts and business transactions, as well as the protection of trade secrets. In 2018, she graduated with honours and distinction in law and political studies from the Sophie Antipolis University of Nice, France, and in 2019 she obtained a degree in law summa cum laude the University of Turin, with a final dissertation in industrial procedure. She was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2022.

With regards to the protection of Intellectual Property rights, Carola has extensive experience anticounterfeiting activities, and cooperates closely with the Customs offices.
In 2018, she graduated with honours and distinction in law and political studies from the Sophie Antipolis University of Nice, France, and in 2019 she obtained a degree in law summa cum laude from the University of Turin, with a final dissertation in industrial procedure entitled “Substantive and procedural profiles of the injunction against intermediaries against IPRs online infringement”. During her studies, Carola was selected in 2018 by Georgetown Law School for a six-months programme at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London, and in 2019 she took part in the “CopyrightX” programme sponsored by Harvard University, dedicated to US and comparative intellectual property law. She was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2022.
