Carola assists in litigation and out of court dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of trademarks, patents, know-how, unfair competition, image rights and anti-counterfeiting.
She has also assisted in disputes relating to contractual matters and debt collection, as well as in drafting licence and confidentiality agreements.

Carola joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2023, has been an associate with the firm since June 2026, and is based in the Turin office, having previous experience in another law firm in Turin.
Education and Teaching
Law degree from the University of Turin in 2023.
During her studies, Carola started developing her IP skills by attending courses at foreign universities. In 2021 – 2022 she took part in a six-month exchange programme at Universitè Paris Saclay where she took her exams in French and English.

She has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since June 2026.
Passions and Interests
Carola has a passion for art, fashion and sport. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting art exhibitions, playing tennis and hiking in the mountains.
