Francesca assists in many issues related to intellectual property, including software and trade secrets, licensing, trademarks, designs and patents, as well as copyright, art and cultural heritage law.

Francesca joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2022 and has been an Associate in the firm since 2025. She works in the Turin office.

Education and Teaching

Law, Economics and Management degree (with honors) from the University Sophia Antipolis of Nice (France) in 2021 and Law degree (with top marks) from the University of Turin in 2022.

In 2024, she also received the Certificate of the Italy-USA Executive Master " Leadership per le Relazioni Internazionali e il Made in Italy ".

From November 2022 to April 2024, Francesca has actively attended the Mandatory course in preparation for the Bar exam at the Litubium School.

Professional Affiliations

Francesca has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2025.

Publications and Recognition

On 13 June 2023, Francesca received the 'Premio America Giovani' for talented graduates of Italian universities awarded by the Fondazione Italia USA at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome.

Passions and Interests

Francesca loves outdoor sports, travelling, reading and dancing.

She is also a trainer and ski instructor registered in the Piedmont Ski Instructors Register since 2018.
