Gianluca assists in the resolution of disputes both in and out of court, particularly in the area of industrial and intellectual property law, with a special focus on the protection of trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Gianluca has been a Trainee with the firm since May 2026 and is based in the Milan office.
During his studies, he also completed the courses “Fondamenti di intelligenza artificiale per studenti Multidisciplinari” and “Per un uso intelligente dell’Intelligenza Artificiale”.
Education and Teaching
Law degree with honors from the Università Cattolica of Milan in April 2026, with a final dissertation in industrial property law titled “Patents and artificial intelligence: aspects of interaction between systems”.
