Justine Hervé

Justine Hervé is an associate in the Paris office.

She assists French and foreign clients both in advisory and in litigation. She focuses mainly in industrial property, information technology and unfair competition matters.

She is graduated from the Universities of Paris X and Paris XI, and holds a postgraduate degree in innovation law and industrial property from the University Paris XI.

Justine had several experiences within IP legal departments of companies specialised in luxury leather goods and cosmetics, and within IP/IT departments of Anglo-Saxon and French law firms.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, she joined us in 2020.
