Laura assists in intellectual property dispute resolution, both in and out of court, with a particular emphasis on the protection of trademarks and patents, unfair competition and anti-counterfeiting matters.
Laura also assists in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.

Laura joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2022 and has been an associate with the firm since June 2026 working in the Turin office.
Education and Teaching
Law degree from the University of Turin in 2022.
During her internship at the Firm and in conjunction with her last semester at University, Laura attended the Summer School on Intellectual Property organized by the University of Geneva and WIPO.
Since June 2023, Laura has been working with a digital platform to draft and publish résumés of the main judgements issued by the Specialised chambers for Corporate matters of the main Italian Courts, in particular for IP decisions.

She has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since June 2026.
Passions and Interests
Laura is passionate about sports.
She has been a football referee and in her spare time she likes to go to the gym, hiking and mountain biking.
