Luca assists in the resolution of disputes involving intellectual and industrial property, copyright as well as civil litigation. He also has expertise in administrative proceedings related to trademarks and provides out-of-court legal advice, drafts legal opinions, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
Furthermore, he also deals with customs protection of industrial property rights and the related aspects of criminal law, including criminal law matters pertaining to the protection of the reputation of legal entities and the prosecution of related offenses.
Professional Experience
Luca has been a Trainee with the firm since June 2026 and is based in the Milan office.
Previously, he worked at a leading law firm in Milan.
During his studies, he completed an internship in civil and criminal law and also took part in university seminars, including moot court competitions in intellectual property law on the topic of trade secrets.
