Romylie-Anne Marin

Romylie-Anne focuses on the fight against counterfeiting, working with public authorities and dealing with related civil and criminal proceedings as part of the anti-counterfeiting team.

She also enforces trademarks, protected geographical indications, copyrights and designs, especially in the fashion, perfume, cosmetics, luxury goods and wine sectors.

Professional Experience

Romylie-Anne joined Jacobacci Avvocati-Avocats in September 2026. She works in the Paris office.

Before joining the firm, Romylie-Anne worked as a trainee lawyer within the IP departments of several French and international law firms. 

She handled matters regarding trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents, domain names, unfair competition and free riding, as well as consumer and commercial law. 

Romylie-Anne also acquired in-house experience within the Research & Innovation department of an international cosmetic group. In this role, she focused on negotiating and drafting contracts, such as NDAs, evaluation and collaboration agreements. 

Education and Teaching

Romylie-Anne holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Business Law, graduating with honors in 2023 from Paris-Saclay University. She also holds a certificate in the start-up creation process, awarded by HEC Paris. 

During her studies, Romylie-Anne actively participated in a legal clinic, supervising the IP/IT section. 

Professional Affiliations

Romylie-Anne passed the Paris Bar Exam in July 2026. 

Passions and Interests

Romylie-Anne is passionate about thrift shopping and music, particularly rock. When not in the office, you may find her in a concert hall.
