Sarah assists mainly in trademark, copyright, and design law, as well as unfair competition and consumer protection law.

Professional Experience

Sarah has been an associate with the firm since September 2026 and is based in the Paris office.

Prior to joining Jacobacci, Sarah completed internships as a trainee lawyer, gaining experience in law firms, in-house, and within the judicial system at the Paris Court of Appeal.

Working across IP departments in French and international firms, she assisted with contentious and non-contentious matters involving trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents, domain names, unfair competition, parasitism, as well as commercial and consumer law.

She also gained valuable in-house experience in the European Civil Litigation department of an international luxury leather goods and couture company, where she contributed to protecting the brand's intellectual property assets through judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

Education and Teaching

Sarah holds a double Bachelor's degree in Law and Philosophy (2021) as well as a Master’s degree in Literary, Artistic, and Industrial Property Law (2023) from Panthéon-Assas University.

She went on to complete a second Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Business Law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University in 2024.

Alongside her academic studies, she rounded out her practical expertise by earning a postgraduate Diploma in Fashion Law and Luxury Industries from the University of Montpellier.

Sarah passed the Paris Bar Exam in July 2026.

Sarah enjoys indoor and outdoor climbing, running, and sailing.
