At the General Meeting of Shareholders held in Milan on 15th July, ACBGroup S.p.A. appointed its new Board of Directors, which is now chaired by Prof. Caterina Corrado Oliva, a partner at Studio Uckmar Professional Association.
To ensure continuity of the ongoing work, Massimo Baghetti has been re-elected to the BoD for the next three-year term. He previously served on the ACBGroup S.p.A. BoD from 2022 to 2024, as well as during the 2025 financial year.
