Our senior associate, Stefano Vergano, will be speaking at the webinar “Protect to Compete. The Enhancement of New Plant Varieties” organised by INDICAM. The webinar will take place on 30 March at 2:30 pm.
Stefano will present an in-depth analysis entitled “Varietal designations: proprietary rights and trademarks. Relationships, potential conflicts and case studies”.
The event is currently undergoing accreditation with the Order of IP Consultants and the National Bar Council, and has been accredited by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy for the National Made in Italy Day calendar.
