Our senior associate, Elena Prandoni, and our associate, Leone Cei, will be among the speakers at the ALAI Italia webinar organised by the Fashion & Design Group, chaired and coordinated by the lawyer Maria Francesca Quattrone, founding partner of DIKE Legal law firm and board member of ALAI Italia.
The webinar, scheduled for Monday 29 September 2026, from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm, and entitled “Copyright and design: developments and areas of overlap in light of the new Regulation (EU) 2026/715”, will offer an expert analysis of the impact of the new EU legislation on the fashion and design sectors.
The session aims to clarify the interaction dynamics between various intellectual property protection instruments. Specifically, Leone will be focusing her presentation on analysing the regulatory framework of the reform and the main changes introduced by the European Regulation, while Elena will be examining areas of overlap with copyright law, in particular the cumulation of protections, the boundaries and practical implications that arise in day-to-day practice.
