Lauren Keller, counsel at the firm, will be speaking at the conference “A Transatlantic Dialogue on IP”, providing the US perspective in the session entitled “Tackling Greenwashing Across the Atlantic: Legal Frameworks in Europe vs. the USA”. The event is organised by AIPLA in cooperation with AICIPI, AIPPI, FICPI, LES and Union IP and is scheduled to take place in Milan from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 20 June.
This conference will be held both in-person and virtually. Registered participants will receive a live streaming link prior to the event.
A request for CLE credits is pending before the Italian Bar Association and the Italian IP Attorney Association.
