Jacobacci Avvocati has organised an in-house training event titled “Language as a Tool for Inclusion or Discrimination. A Focus on the Legal Profession and Gender Equality: Where Do We Stand?”, which took place on 30 June 2026 at the firm's Turin office.
The seminar explored the impact of gendered language in law and the media, and analysed the 2026 ISTAT (the Italian National Institute of Statistics) and Provident Fund and National Forensic Service (Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza e Assistenza Forense) reports to identify challenges facing female lawyers and the tools available to promote gender equality.
