Today, Tuesday 17 February, our partner Paola Gelato makes a presentation within the UNIFAB Commission giving a speech entitled: "EU Regulation 2023/2411 concerning geographical indications for industrial and art craft products - comparative analysis France / Italy - contribution to the fight against counterfeiting”.
UNIFAB (Union des Fabricants), which promotes the protection of intellectual property and the fight against counterfeiting, has actively participated in the debate and implementation of Regulation (EU) 2023/2411, which extends the protection of geographical indications (PGI) to craft and industrial products.
