Jacobacci Avvocati contributed to the drafting, together with other experts in patent law, of the first online manual entitled ‘BeckOK Unified Patent Court’, which provides a comprehensive, practice-oriented and constantly updated analysis of the new European unitary patent system, article by article. The commentary covers the key legal frameworks underpinning the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court, including the:
- Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPCA),
- Rules of Procedure of the UPC (RoP),
- Statute of the Unified Patent Court (UPCS),
- Unitary Patent Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012,
- Unitary Patent Translation Regulation (EU) No 1260/2012.
