The volume “Gastronomy Law”, published by the ESHTE - Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies, is available online
The new volume "Gastronomy Law" is now available online and includes the chapter "Protection of recipes and taste under Italian law", which was authored by our partner Paola Gelato and our associate Stefano Vergano. The text was presented during the International Journal of Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Law (IJTTHL) Conference 2025, which was held in Portugal from 2 to 4 November 2025.
This publication completes the series that began with Wine Law (2021) and continued with Wine Tourism Law (2024), which featured, respectively, the contributions "The Matter of Geographical Indications and Designations of Origin in the Wine Field: Italian and European Perspectives" and "Sustainable Management of the Wine Landscape. The Italian Experience in the European Framework'" also authored by Paola Gelato and Stefano Vergano.
