Our senior associate, Elena Prandoni, will participate as a speaker in the 2nd Level Master's Degree in "Giuristi e Consulenti d'Impresa" organised by the Department of Law of the Roma Tre University and directed by Prof. Tommaso Di Marcello.
On Friday, 11 April 2026, Elena will give a lecture entitled "The Company Trademark", focusing on the concept and functions of the trademark, requirements for validity, types of trademarks, the registration system, trademark expiry, assignment and licensing, the proprietor's rights and counterfeiting.
The lecture will include practical examples and court cases.
