We are proud to have supported, as a sponsor, the third edition of the EXPOSED Torino Photo Festival, an initiative that highlights how crucial the synergy between the business and cultural worlds is to the growth and development of our region.
Among the Festival’s most significant highlights was the in-depth seminar “The body laid bare. Representations, bodies, photographic archives" (Il corpo messo a nudo. Rappresentazioni, corpi, archivi fotografici”), held as part of the extraordinary exhibition “Messi a nudo. Auguste Belloc, Carlo Mollino, Wilhelm von Gloeden”.
The seminar offered a fascinating critical journey through the complex theme of the nude in photography, tracing its evolution from the historical origins of the medium to current reflections within gender studies.
The panel brought together an outstanding group of experts from the academic, curatorial, and legal sectors, including our partner Emanuela Truffo, alongside Barbara Bergaglio (Exhibition Curator), Emanuele Carlenzi (Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca), Rebecca Cenci (University of Bologna), and Manuela Iannetti (Director of Archivissima).
Our support for EXPOSED and our long-standing collaboration with CAMERA - Centro Italiano per la Fotografia reflect our ongoing commitment to promoting strategic partnerships that foster high-profile educational, artistic, and cultural initiatives.
We would like to thank the organizers, the speakers, and everyone who attended for making this edition so unforgettable.
