Our partners Jean-Mathieu Bertho and Alberto Camusso together with our counsel Lauren Rose Keller will attend the 39th MARQUES annual conference, which will take place in The Hague, The Netherlands, from September 16 to 19, 2025.
Alberto Camusso, Chair of the MARQUES Dispute Resolution Team, will take part to a panel titled “International jurisdiction in a changing world” on Thursday 18 September from 9:00 to 10:30.
This session will focus on the challenges and solutions in enforcing IP rights internationally. Practical guidance will be given on building an international enforcement and/or defence strategy. We'll look at a product launch case study to explore legal issues, including injunctions and defence strategies.
