This webinar will address software protection and consider the impact of generative artificial intelligence on intellectual property. The increased computing power and new technologies available today, including automated code generation and the use of data for model training, are raising unprecedented legal questions regarding copyright.
The topics will be approached with a practical focus, featuring real-world examples and case studies.
The initiative is funded by the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce and organised by Bergamo Sviluppo in collaboration with local trade associations, and it has technical and scientific support from the Chamber of Commerce's Patents and Trade Marks Office and the Department of Engineering at theUniversity of Bergamo.
