Our partner Paola Gelato will participate as a speaker in the webinar organised by the LES Italia Licensing Academy, in collaboration with AICIPI, entitled "Which clauses to include in a distribution contract to organise and regulate online promotion and sales", to be held on Wednesday 4 June from 17.00 to 18.30.
During the event, Ms. Paola Gelato, discussing with Ms. Stella Padovani, Vice-President of AICIPI, will debate on the limitations to the use of trademarks and of intellectual property rights online and on the social networks, namely, on the use of keywords and/or metatags, containing another party’s trademark, or a similar designation, or the use of another party’s trademark in the accounts on the socials and other relevant matters, also under a contractual point of view.
