Our senior associate, Elena Prandoni, will participate as a speaker in the “Patenting & Technology Transfer” course, a cross-disciplinary course taught in English within the Master’s Degree Programme in Biotechnology at University of Milan La Statale.
Her lecture, entitled “Licensing and Granting”, will focus on patent licensing issues — including exclusive and non-exclusive licences, cross-licences, and other forms of exploitation of intellectual property rights — and will include practical examples and case law analysis.
